The staff are great and the room was well-maintained and nice with air con downstairs.

Stayed here with my friend and everything was great. The location offered was peaceful near to nearby Albufeira marina or Gale beach. What's more, it was 5 mins drive from Praia das Andorinhas.

La posizione centrale di questo hotel è proprio nel centro della città, a pochi passi dal centro e dalle principali attrazioni. La camera era perfetta e estremamente pulita all'arrivo. Il personale era molto gentile e cordiale, fornendo consigli utili per godersi al meglio questa città. La colazione era ottima, con un buffet abbondante e la possibilità di ordinare piatti alla carta. La pulizia delle camere era eccellente, con la signora delle pulizie che ha persino aspettato di rifare la camera per non disturbarmi quando mio figlio ha avuto la necessità di studiare.

We had a great time @ Ponta Grande! The location was excellent for the beach and there were a couple of stores nearby for groceries. The internet was free and available in the main lobby. The pool was beautiful. The townhouses were nice. Plenty of room. The staff was helpful and spoke English very well. We asked for extra pillows and they were delivered right away. Basic kitchen/bath needs were supplied. Highly recommended!

We wish that the internet was available in the rooms for convenience. The beds were a little stiff and the furniture is in need of an update. The kitchen could use a few more items.

This was a very relaxing stay for my family vacation. The hotel's location was great, very close to the beach with a market and shops within walking distance. Also, Marina de Albufeira was 2 km away. The staff was affable and excellent, the food was fab at reasonable prices.

This resort is in a perfect location, just a short walk from a stunning beach. And while it is located down a steep hill, it's worth the effort for the incredible views. The villas are spacious and often have fully equipped kitchens. The pool is lovely and clean.

The restaurant staff can be understaffed, leading to long delays and disorganization.

The resort is located about 5 minutes drive by car from the Albufeira Marina. The beach is a 10 minute walk. The villas are very spacious and can easily sleep 6 to 8 people. Mini market at 2 minutes walking distance. We found it a very convenient and relaxing place to stay and certainly recommend it.

We stayed at Ponta Grande for a family vacation in a spacious villa overlooking the pool. The location was quiet yet close to the Marina and old town of Albufeira. The pool area was great with plenty of sunbeds, and the on-site snack bar had delicious and affordable food. The mini market had all the essential items, including cheaper ice cream than the pool bar. the size, cleanliness, and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.

Small hotel in a local area right by restaurants, the Algarve-away from bustle of Albufeira, and the Marina. A nice size rooms with air con downstairs and amicable and excellent staff. Good and amazing food. Quiet location to Marina de Albufeira.

The Algarve region is the perfect spot for a family vacation. We stayed in a spacious villa with a ground floor terrace, which was great for our toddler. The staff were friendly and there was a shallow splash pool for the little ones. The beautiful beach was just a short walk away and we didn't even need to rent a car. The location allowed us to explore the surrounding area and enjoy leisurely lunches.

The wifi package was overpriced and the free lobby wifi was slow and intermittent.

Room 107 was the worst I have stayed in for a very long time and it was vastly overpriced.I have stayed in the villas before and they were fine but after this experience I will not be returning to the Ponta Grande.

The room and the price of booking a tennis court.We took our own equipment and were still charged 10 euro.

All the staff is very amiable and responsive and is engaged to make your stay really lovely. The units are reasonably large and beautifully maintained with air con downstairs.

I had a wonderful stay at Ponta Grande Resort. The location was perfect, just outside Albufeira, and the peaceful atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for. The resort had a beautiful beach within walking distance and the small pool was a nice addition. The apartments were spacious and well-equipped with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. The resort also had a restaurant where I had a lovely meal. I had a great experience and would recommend Ponta Grande Resort to others.
